I know I know, "there are enough cat pictures on dA" and I suck at taking pictures. But WUT, I want to join the bandwagon And I really want that cat badge LOL, read here for more information: [link] , plus it's a good excuse to show a pic of my cat :lol:

So here she is ~ Her name is Loulou (pronounced "Loo-loo"), who can be both an angel and a little devil. I took that pic today when she was sleeping on my sis's bed :XD:
She's about 7 years old now and the way we got her is quite a story xD if you want to know it:

In short that's gonna be long lol, I've aaaalways wanted a cat when I was young, but my parents didn't really agree. But one day at school I heard from a friend that she was giving away some kittens, and of course I had to tell my parents xD surprisingly enough they DID agree to get one this time. We were waiting 'till they were old enough, but during that time I had heard that some other, wild kittens were living in the basement of a building, and the inhabitants were about to call someone to get rid of them, aka kill them. :stare: Whereas they were just LIVING there, in a basement NO ONE ever went to, and those cats weren't doing anything wrong but trying to survive in there. I said wtf, and asked if instead we could take one of those wild kittens home. Parents agreed, and instead of taking one of the kittens my friend was giving away, we managed to get one of those that were living int he basement, the others were hiding and impossible to find.
We took the kitten to the vet and all, and he said that we could TRY to tame a wild cat, but that this would be very unlikely, if not impossible, since they never had been in contact with humans before. Indeed she was really scared of us at first :XD: Refusing to be pet, hissing, hiding all the time and all. But one day out of nowhere, my sis tried to hold her once again, and instead of running away she just stayed there and let my sis pet her xD After a few days she got less and less wary... until she became the most adorable, funny and..spoiled cat ever. :stare: At the beginning she just ran away from us, but now there she is, hating to spend even ONE second away from us xD She just follows you everywhere like a dog -and sometimes chases your feet- The whole family loves her.

..unfortunately I don't think the other kittens survived, but at least we managed to take ONE away from this fate and give her a good home <w< That little cutie fff, I love her <3 Dat little talking (seriously) and purring furball, box-lover and fish-hater, no cat can replace her.



Sooo yeah, happy...Cat's day everyone? :stare:
